By accessing or using kemobitech.com(the “Site”) or engaging KEMOBI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“KEMOBI”, Reg. No. PVT-KAUD2M7D) for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

KEMOBI provides Value Added Services (VAS), Skiza tunes, web and mobile development, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising services. Specific terms for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of KEMOBI or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kenyan law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Scrape or systematically download content without permission

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, KEMOBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
